MFT Sketch Challenge #381

I always love sketches with circles!  I have been needing to make more Father’s Day cards and I thought of a scene to create in the circle for this one.

This card uses tons of MFT stamps and dies and Tim Holtz distress oxide inks.

The frog is colored with copic markers and comes from mft springtime critters stamp and die set.  The trees are from mft stitched smaller trees and I inked with oxide inks.  The DAD is from mft stitched alphabet set and colored with inked oxide inks.  I cut the grass from mft grass die and inked with oxide inks. The fence comes from Penny Black neighborhood love die set.  I cut the circle using mft inside out stitched circle die-namics.

The last little embellishment I added some black dots using Ranger’s enamel accents.

Inside, I used many of the same dies, the grass and trees and colored with the oxide inks.  I used mft inside out stitched rectangle die-namics for the frame.

The colors and all the stitched die cuts on this card with the accent of black help to make it a masculine card for a Father’s Day or a male birthday.  I love the way it came together!
