When I saw this sketch the scalloped edge reminded me of watermelons and I knew I had to use the One in a Melon stamp set!
To create this colorful card, I die cut the pink scalloped edge using my cameo silhouette. I then stamped and colored the watermelons with copic markers and then die cut using MFT inside & out stitched circles. Next I die cut the green pattern paper with MFT inside & out stitched squares and MFT inside & out stitched circles. Then I trimmed an ant pattern paper to cover part of the scallop and pop dotted the green paper over it. All the images come from the stamp set One in a Melon from Your Next Stamp. I stamped them with memento black ink and colored with copic markers. I stamped the sentiment and heat embossed with black and die cut it on a stitched banner. For embellishments, I added a red velvet punched heart and some black enamel dots.
This is one of my favorite stamp sets, and I love the color combo that always goes along with watermelons!
