Rain or Shine

It’s Day 2 of Craftin Desert Divas March release sneak peek and we are sharing the ever adorable Rainy Days stamp set (available 3/13)! I just adore this bunny in her little raincoat!

I used some awesome Craftin Desert Divas products on this sweet card:

I wanted the bunny to really stand out being bright and sunny against a dark blue sky, so I went simple to help her pop.  I started by die cutting the stitched scallop frame from thick white cardstock and adhered to the center of a white card base.  I then inked watercolor texture paper with the chipped sapphire, blueprint sketch and tumbled glass to create the dark sky.  Next, I stamped the raindrops and sentiment using silver ink from the Rainy Days stamp set (link available 3/13) and glued to the center of the stitched scalloped frame.

I stamped the bunny, rain puddle, and rain drops from the Rainy Days stamp set (link available 3/13), colored with copic markers, and fussy cut out.  I pop dotted the puddle and bunny and glued the raindrops down.  For the final touch, I added stickles accent to the bunny’s umbrella and rain gear.

I hope you check out all the Craftin Desert Divas DT sneak peeks for today using the Rainy Days stamp set here.  We have a few more days to show you the release, so check back each day for more cuteness!

I’ll leave you with the Rainy Days stamp set all colored up for you!  Remember, it is available on 3/13 with the whole March release!

Thanks,

Candice
