I am so excited to be helping Tammy McNeely from My Creative Opinion kick off this year’s 25 Days of Christmas Tags with Sunny Studio Stamps! And we are doing it with a giveaway, details at the end of my post!
The products I used to create my tags are all found at the Sunny Studio store:
- Classy Christmas stamps & coordinating dies
- Inside Greetings-Holiday stamps
- Scalloped Tag Square dies
- Snowflake Circle Frame die (snowflakes)
- Classic Sunburst & Sleek Stripes pattern paper
For all of my tag bases, I first die cut the scalloped frame from red cardstock and used a second die to cut out the center.
To create my tags, I used pattern papers from the classic sunburst and sleek stripes packs and heat embossed my sentiments in white. I then heat embossed the pine leaves in white on thick black cardstock and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I glued them down and trimmed the edges and then used foam tape to add the frame over it.
Next, I die cut a variety of snowflakes from gold foil paper and adhered them with foam tape to give them some pop. The flowers I stamped, then colored them with copic markers and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. To really help them stand out, I doubled up on my foam tape. To finish, I simply added a few gold nuvo drops!
